1. Agreement and Eligibility
These terms govern your use of FloraBench. By using the app, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you cannot legally agree to them, do not use the app. A minor must use FloraBench only with permission and supervision appropriate under local law.
2. The Service
FloraBench provides plant profiles, care journals and reminders, image-assisted identification, approximate light readings, dictated-note transcription and extraction, plant-care questions, and sharing through the iOS share sheet. Features may require a compatible device, permissions, internet access, or third-party availability.
3. Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for information and images you enter, for having rights to use them, and for checking records before saving or sharing. Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful or harmful material, violate intellectual-property or privacy rights, or use automated access in a way that burdens the service.
4. AI and Safety
OpenRouter routes FloraBench's AI requests to configured providers, including models from Google, OpenAI, Anthropic, and Meta. AI output may be incomplete, incorrect, or inappropriate for a specific situation. You must review identification candidates, extracted care fields, and answers before relying on or saving them.
FloraBench is not a medical, veterinary, agricultural, poison-control, food-safety, or emergency service. Never eat, handle, treat, or discard a mushroom, insect, plant, or substance solely because of an AI result. Consult a qualified local expert or emergency service when safety is involved. Third-party provider terms and privacy practices also apply to their processing.
5. Content and Intellectual Property
You retain your rights in content you provide. You permit FloraBench and necessary service providers to process that content only to operate requested features. FloraBench's software, visual design, names, and included materials remain protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No public posting or user-to-user content feed is provided.
6. Accounts, Deletion, and Availability
FloraBench creates a device-based account and signed session when you enter the app. Keep access to your device secure. Signing out clears the session token but leaves plant records on the device and the cloud account active. Bench > Settings > Delete account removes the cloud account and local plant records, journals, images, profile data, and settings, then signs out. Deletion requires a network connection and cannot be undone.
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, including when a third-party service becomes unavailable. FloraBench currently does not offer subscriptions, in-app purchases, virtual-credit purchases, or paid features.
7. Disclaimers and Liability
To the extent permitted by law, FloraBench is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of accuracy, uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Light values are estimates rather than calibrated measurements. To the extent permitted by law, the service's providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from use of or inability to use FloraBench. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
8. Termination, Changes, and Contact
You may stop using FloraBench at any time. Access may be limited for material misuse or legal and security reasons. We may update these terms as features or requirements change and will revise the date above. Rights granted by applicable mandatory law remain unaffected. Questions may be sent to gaom8053@126.com.
